Online play

Creating rooms, joining friends and playing matches require an internet connection. If disconnected, check your connection and reopen the app.

Recover your profile

Generate a private recovery code from the player profile on a device that still has access, then use it on your other device. Generating a new code replaces the old one. A public player UUID cannot restore an account.

Delete your data

You can submit your player UUID and contact email on the Breeze Works deletion page. Enter the UUID in the identifier field. It identifies the profile; ownership may need to be verified before processing. A submitted request is not confirmation of deletion.

In native iOS versions with Delete Game Account, open your player profile and confirm the request. Active matches may delay cleanup; shared match results remain with the original account association removed.

Settings → Data & Privacy manages usage analytics separately. Deleting analytics does not delete the game account, and deleting the game account does not replace analytics deletion.
