Just One More Draw — Terms of Use

1. About the game

Breeze operates Just One More Draw (also listed as One More Draw). These terms cover its Web game, native iOS app and related online game services. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].

The game is for entertainment. Points, rankings and in-game cards have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for money, and do not represent wagers or prizes. An internet connection is required for online play. Guided practice is a learning feature and does not count toward match records.

2. Your profile and access

The game creates a persistent player profile without requiring an email address or password. You may choose a nickname and a preset avatar. Use only your own profile and do not impersonate another person. Keep session credentials and profile recovery information private; do not share them in public feedback or screenshots. Access may be lost if device data or credentials are lost. We cannot promise recovery in every case.

You must be legally able to use the service where you live. If you are a minor, involve a parent or guardian where local law requires it. The App Store age rating describes game content and is not a substitute for local eligibility rules.

3. Fair play and player content

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play without permission, disrupt the service, access another person's profile, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. Do not use nicknames or submit content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights. Do not put private contact details or sensitive personal information in a nickname.

Your nickname, avatar, game participation and results may be visible to other players in rooms, matches and leaderboards. You retain any rights you have in content you submit and permit its use as needed to display your profile, run matches and operate the service. To report abuse, contact support with the relevant room or match details and a description; never send passwords or access tokens. We may restrict abusive access or remove violating content after review. This reporting contact does not imply that an in-app reporting or blocking feature is available.

4. Game operation

Rules, scoring, room capacity and available modes are determined by the game and server configuration. Network interruptions, maintenance and software errors can affect availability, progress or results. We may correct errors or adjust the service to maintain fair play and reliability. We do not promise uninterrupted service or permanent availability of any match record or ranking.

5. Privacy and stopping use

Our Privacy Policy explains profile data, gameplay records and optional usage analytics. Where your app version includes usage-analytics controls, disabling analytics does not delete your game profile. Deleting the app or resetting local data also does not by itself delete server records. You may submit your player UUID and contact email through the Breeze Works deletion page. The UUID identifies the profile, but does not prove ownership or authorize immediate deletion; additional verification may be required. Do not submit private recovery codes or session tokens. In native iOS versions with Delete Game Account, you may also request deletion from your player profile. Active matches may delay cleanup, and shared match results remain with the original account association removed. Usage analytics is managed separately in Data & Privacy. A request is not confirmation that deletion has finished.

6. App and content rights

The app, software, artwork, audio and other supplied content remain subject to their owners' rights. You may use them as part of normal personal use of the game. Do not redistribute or commercially exploit them without permission, except where applicable law allows it. Apple is not the operator of the game; applicable App Store terms remain in effect.

7. Responsibility and changes

Use the service responsibly and stop using it if you do not agree with these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer or privacy law does not allow us to exclude. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of these terms and, where required, an additional notice or consent request.
