Just One More Draw — Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

Who we are and what this covers

Breeze operates Just One More Draw, also known as One More Draw. This policy covers the Web game, native iOS app and related game services. Our servers are located in Canada. Contact us at [email protected] about privacy or data requests.

Game profile and records

The game creates a persistent player profile without requiring an email address or password. We process a generated user identifier, your nickname, selected avatar, session credentials, profile creation and activity times, and connection IP addresses. A pseudonymous profile is still associated with your game records; it is not the same as collecting no personal data.

We store room and team participation, game actions, cards drawn, round scores, match outcomes and related game events. These records support multiplayer play, reconnection, scoring, leaderboards, troubleshooting and game statistics. Your nickname, avatar and relevant game results can be seen by other players in rooms, matches and leaderboards. Do not put sensitive information in your nickname.

Device and usage information

Game requests may include device type or model, operating system, client platform, app version and build, app identifier and installation channel. The Web game also sends browser information, screen dimensions and PWA status, and records authenticated visits and activity times. We use this information to operate the game, diagnose compatibility problems and understand service usage.

In iOS versions that include usage analytics, Breeze Analytics receives a separate randomly generated installation identifier, session and event identifiers, foreground visits and duration, screens viewed, analytics preference changes, app and operating-system versions, device model, language, locale and time zone. These analytics events do not include the game account identifier, access token, room code or card contents. The installation identifier can associate analytics events from the same installation and is not an advertising identifier. The analytics service also necessarily receives connection information when handling a network request.

These iOS usage statistics are enabled by default in versions with this feature. You can turn them off in Settings → Data & Privacy. Turning them off clears unsent usage events and stops further usage collection; a final preference-change event may be sent. It does not stop the server from recording data needed for online gameplay or remove existing game records. Earlier versions may not contain these analytics controls.

Information on your device

The Web game uses browser storage for your session and preferences. The iOS app uses device storage and Keychain for session credentials, preferences and, where supported, analytics identity and deletion credentials. Local first-launch and app-version history is not sent as part of usage analytics. An unsent iOS analytics queue is limited to 200 events and events older than seven days are discarded; this is a local queue limit, not a server retention period. Removing local data or uninstalling the app does not itself delete server-side records.

Support and service providers

If you contact us or submit feedback, we receive what you send, including your contact address and any attachments. Please avoid sending credentials or unnecessary personal information. Hosting, network delivery and other infrastructure services may process information needed to provide the service. Other players receive only information exposed through game features, not your session credentials. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to respond to a valid legal process. The current game does not use advertising identifiers or an advertising SDK for cross-app advertising tracking.

Retention and your choices

Retention depends on the purpose of the record: maintaining your profile and game history, producing game statistics, resolving support requests and meeting applicable legal requirements. There is no fixed automatic server-deletion period stated here. Session expiry does not mean that profile, match or backup data has been deleted. Ask us about the records associated with your profile and the applicable retention or deletion handling.

You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting support. We may need to verify ownership without asking you to publish your session credentials. The current game does not provide a self-service in-app game-account deletion control. A support request is not confirmation that all records have been removed; we will explain any applicable retention limitations, including backup handling, when processing it.

On iOS versions with Data & Privacy controls, Delete Analytics Data submits a request for the current installation's analytics records. A successful submission turns usage analytics off and replaces the local analytics identity. Submission is not confirmation that server deletion has completed. This feature does not delete your game profile, match history or local launch history. If submission fails, you can retry or contact support.

Security, children and updates

We use measures such as encrypted transport and access controls, but no service can guarantee absolute security. The game does not require a real name, precise location, contacts, camera or microphone access for normal play. If a child has provided information that should not be retained, a parent or guardian can contact us. Applicable privacy rights depend on where you live and are not limited by this policy.

We will update this policy when service practices change and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
