Service and participation

The app offers poker rules and probability references, card-image recognition, cloud explanations and multiplayer knowledge quizzes. It is an educational reference, with no real-money play, wagering or prizes. Recognition and reference results should be checked independently.

Read these terms and our Privacy Policy before using the relevant services. Image recognition uploads and retains images, including for recognition-model training; the policy explains these purposes, retention and deletion requests. Camera permission and consent to image processing are requested separately. Manual card entry remains available without image processing.

Multiplayer creates a player identity without an email address or password. Protect your device and identity credentials. Do not impersonate others, use abusive or unlawful names, cheat, interfere with matches or misuse the servers. We may restrict multiplayer access to address violations or protect the service; contact support to dispute a restriction. Room members can see your display name, avatar and results. Local learning does not require a multiplayer identity.

Pro purchases

iOS offers a monthly auto-renewable subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase with the same paid Pro features. Existing lifetime purchases remain valid without an additional subscription. Early-supporter grants retain their existing scope.

The App Store purchase sheet shows the applicable price, currency and billing period. Monthly Pro renews each month unless cancelled before the current period ends. Cancellation preserves access through the paid period. Subscription access ends when the paid entitlement expires; expiration does not automatically erase saved local data. Manage subscriptions in your Apple Account and restore eligible purchases in the app.

Lifetime Pro has no recurring fee or subscription expiration for local Pro features. Use still requires a compatible device, operating system and available software version. Included cloud benefits are available while the corresponding service operates; lifetime does not promise that servers will operate forever. These terms do not retroactively exclude existing statutory rights.

Apple processes payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds under its applicable rules. Avoid duplicate purchases. Buying lifetime Pro does not automatically cancel an existing Apple subscription.

Cloud availability and closure

Image recognition, cloud explanations and multiplayer depend on networks and servers. Maintenance, faults and necessary security measures may interrupt them temporarily. We will reasonably maintain the service and address faults.

For a planned permanent closure of all or part of the cloud service, we will provide at least two calendar months' notice through an in-app announcement and the official website. The notice will explain the date, affected features, subscription arrangements and data handling. Where users have voluntarily provided a valid contact channel, we may also notify them there. Temporary outages are distinct from planned permanent closure.

Local features that can operate independently remain usable after closure. We will stop new subscriptions and arrange to stop further renewals for affected services, and handle paid periods we cannot provide through refunds or other remedies required by applicable law and store rules. The notice will explain deletion and legally required retention. If a legal requirement or urgent security event prevents advance notice, we will explain as soon as permitted and practicable.

Responsibility, changes and contact

Responsibility for interruptions outside our reasonable control is subject to applicable law. Nothing excludes non-excludable liability, statutory consumer rights or available remedies, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.

Updates will state their version and effective date. Material changes to pricing, purchased rights or data processing will be notified and, where required, separately agreed under applicable law and store rules.
